Grupo Corp inaugurates its second Healthy Community

The construction and development group Corp celebrated the inauguration of “Porta Barcelona”, the new development located at 12 Gretel Ammann Martinez Street, in the Sant Martí neighborhood of Barcelona, which becomes the second “Healthy Community” that the Corp Group has inaugurated in the last two months. The “Healthy Community” is a new business model that is inspired by the new habits and sensibilities of citizens and meets the increased social demand to take care of the planet and the welfare and health of people, aligned with the SDGs.  

“Porta Barcelona” thus joins ‘El Mirador’ in Esplugues, a housing complex that was inaugurated in May and with which Grupo Corp launched this new real estate trend that it will now incorporate completely free of charge in all its new developments.

With homes starting at 175,000 euros and aimed at everyone, the “Healthy Communities” of Grupo Corp have activities that take place every week in the areas designed and adapted for this purpose in each development, such as the gym, the swimming pool, the coworking and coliving areas or the pickleball or paddleball court.

The developments that Corp plans to inaugurate in the coming months and which will also include this type of community are “Cerdanyola Centre”, in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona); “Nou Barcelona”, in Barcelona - Sant Andreu; and “Les Terrasses”, in Sant Boi de Llobregat.
