Throughout its history, Grupo Corp has driven different projects that reflect its commitment to innovation and to professionalising the real estate sector. Each of them responds to a specific market need, providing specialised solutions within the Group's ecosystem.
Grupo Corp launched BeCorp, a pioneering residential project in Spain dedicated to «build to rent»: developments built specifically for the rental market, through which the Group helped professionalise this model within the real estate sector.
Since its start in 2018, BeCorp came to manage up to 12 developments in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, with projects in Sant Just Desvern, Badalona, Terrassa, Cerdanyola and Barcelona, among other locations. In 2024 the portfolio reached its peak with the sale of 1,500 homes, one of the largest build-to-rent transactions in the Spanish market.
With this track record, BeCorp became one of the major benchmarks for build-to-rent in Spain, a milestone that marked a key stage in Grupo Corp's history.
Grupo Corp launched Upstanding, a full rental management service aimed at owners looking to free themselves from administering their assets. With its own network of employees, it came to manage up to 1,700 homes, handling the entire process —marketing, tenant selection, contracts, payments and incidents— and guaranteeing rent was received on time every month.
With this model, Upstanding established itself as a key piece within Grupo Corp's history.
At Grupo Corp we brought Torre Diagonal to life, a 26-storey residential tower with 126 homes located at Avinguda Diagonal, 131, at the junction with Pere IV. Through our developer CORP Promotores (Build to Sell), we recovered a structure that had been abandoned since 2008, completed its construction and handed over the keys to its new owners between 2014 and 2016, with an investment of 73 million euros across almost 30,000 m².
When the works were completed, at the end of 2016, the development was sold in full, in what was one of the most significant residential urban regeneration operations in Barcelona.
